Following an inspiring brain- storming session with our international team, I can now reveal the second issue of ‘A Taste of Aviko’. This edition is focused around our passion for potatoes. We will take you on a journey across the globe, to discover how potatoes are eaten in different countries. And we are presenting five healthy dishes, but we’ve made sure they taste delicious. In this issue we also visit a shipping company in Germany.
